Using BizCardy

BizCardy lets you create and share digital business cards. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own what you put on your cards. You give us permission to host and display it so the service can work. Only publish details and images you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use BizCardy to impersonate someone, send spam, mislead people, or share unlawful or harmful content. We may unpublish cards or close accounts that break these rules.

Company accounts

If your card was created by your employer, they control it and can edit, reassign or remove it.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Availability and liability

We work to keep BizCardy running but provide it as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
